Ian Povey | Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Ian Povey is TAG Hardware’s Vice President, Sales & Marketing, and is based in our head office in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.
For the past 20 years, Ian has focused on the sales, marketing, and product strategy of technology and manufactured products for organizations of all shapes and sizes – from lean start-ups to multinational Fortune 500 companies. Over that period, Ian launched over 40 products on a global scale, built high performing sales enablement, marketing, and product teams, and managed the execution of global sales and marketing strategies.
Prior to joining TAG Hardware, Ian ran an international business consultancy, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University.
Lew Ferretti | Sales Manager
Lew Ferretti has been TAG Hardware’s Business Development Manager since 2010, but has been involved with the closet industry virtually since its inception. Lew’s extensive experience in the hardware industry includes sales management, product management, and international business development. He’s a passionate believer in the closet industry.
Lew hails from Jamestown, North Carolina, and started his career working with the residential furniture industry, as a pioneer in the US furniture market for high quality, innovative European hardware. Lew is also an emeritus member of the AWFS Board of Directors and the AWFS Executive Board.
John Runyan | Business Development Manager
A Business Development Manager with TAG Hardware for the past four years, John Runyan has been active in the closet industry for a total of 19 years. Prior to joining TAG Hardware, John had been a Product Marketing Manager for closets with Hafele America, and was formerly the owner of Deep River Closets. John likes to get out and about, and enjoys camping, biking, and kayaking. He resides near Greensboro, North Carolina.
Scott Barnes | Business Development Manager
Based in Orange, California, Scott Barnes has 15 years’ experience in installation, manufacturing, design, sales, and business management in the closet and home organization industry, as well as years of practical hands-on expertise in using TAG Hardware’s products.
When he’s not working with closets, Scott can be found hiking in the mountains or driving his Jeep into desert canyons.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Jessica Janzen
Jessica Janzen has been with TAG Hardware for the past two years and she leads the Customer Service team. Before joining TAG Hardware, Jessica graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria, and the majority of her internship roles were in the banking industry. Outside of work, Jessica loves to spend time with family and friends and explore the great outdoors.
Emily Bergstrom
Although Emily Bergstrom has only been with TAG Hardware for a less than a year, she’s been a natural fit with TAG and its customers! After earning a Bachelor of the Arts in Anthropology from Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA, Emily served as Customer Care Supervisor for two years at a custom printing company. During her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, or attending concerts in nearby Vancouver or Seattle.

We observe trends in interior design that play a role in translating our concepts into a prototypes. Our finished products serve functionality with high design aesthetic. The various products are designed to work together as Coordinated Hardware Systems ensuring they bring a consistent look to any space.
